As more and more doors around the world open for the ministry of Teach All Nations, we have come to realize that there is more work for our ministry than we can possible do single-handedly. One specific instance that brought this realization “home” was Delron’s illness just when he was scheduled to fly to Nepal to dedicate the churches and homes that the ministry had rebuild after the 2015 earthquake. Therefore, the board of directors has made a decision to officially appoint the gentleman who was willing to “pinch hit” in this case and another minister as official representatives of the ministry who will travel with — and in some case, in place of – Delron and Peggy on their missions around the world.
Fred Taylor was a student under Delron and Peggy at World Harvest Bible College, has also studied at University of Southern California and at Fuller Seminary, and has completed his master’s degree at Sonoma State University. He currently serves as an instructor at Epic Bible College. He has ministered with Delron and Peggy in India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Liberia.
Terence Tan is a medical doctor by profession, but travels extensively around the world ministering in the supernatural gifts of healing and deliverance. He has ministered with Delron and Peggy in Brazil and the Turk Islands. Originally from Singapore, Terence has also lived in Europe as well as in the US – giving him the possibility of expanding Teach All Nations’ operations from multiple centers in addition to our home base in Colorado.
Additionally, Linda Easton – who serves on our board of directors – also represents the ministry as she travels with Delron and Peggy to such places as Nepal, the Philippines, Thailand, Hungary, and Brazil.

Terrence Tan Bio
Dr Terence Tan is a medical doctor by profession. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1989, where he received an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, Singapore). In 1993, he achieved the post-graduate medical accreditation of MRCP (Member of the Royal College of Physicians, United Kingdom). He has worked as a medical doctor in Singapore, in the fields of internal medicine and cardiology, and has also served in the Singapore Armed Forces in the rank of major as a division medical officer. He was also the director of a team of software engineers and doctors that developed and pioneered the implementation of an electronic medical records system for a nation-wide network of military medical centers in Singapore. In addition to medicine, he has also been actively involved in establishing other businesses over the years involving software development, internet commerce and investment management.
Terence received Christ and was water baptized at Wesley Methodist Church in Singapore about 30 years ago. At that time, he also received the baptism in the Holy Spirit. He suffered two life-threatening illnesses in 2003 and 2009, from which the Lord healed him. In his journey of healing, the Holy Spirit began to stir up a hunger to seek and understand more about the kingdom of God. The Spirit led him into a deeper understanding and experience of Christ’s divine healing, deliverance, and spiritual gifts.
In 2010, Terence felt called by the Lord to significantly reduce his involvement in the business world to devote his time to ministry in the kingdom of God. Since that time, he has traveled and ministered internationally and across denominations in churches and conferences in many countries, including Singapore, U.K., U.S., Andorra, India, Cambodia, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the Caribbean. In these mission trips, he has had the privilege of speaking to pastors, leaders and church members in conferences, church services and small group meetings. He has taught about the kingdom of God, healing, deliverance and the spiritual gifts. By God’s grace, these meetings have been regularly accompanied by divine healings and miracles.
Terence firmly believes that the gifts and ministries of the Holy Spirit are not only for specially “anointed” people, but are fully available for all believers in Christ and should be a normal part of their lives in the kingdom of God. Thus, it is his passion and desire not only to see people completely healed and spiritually set free, but to teach, activate and disciple believers to walk in the supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit in order to fulfill the Great Commission.
Terence is currently pursuing a Master’s level Graduate Certificate in Biblical and Theological Studies at Denver Seminary (Colorado) in preparation for future ministry and mission opportunities. He has been married to his wife for 21 years, and they have a 15 year old daughter. They currently live in Colorado Springs and worship at New Life Church (Colorado Springs). He is part of the ministry team at Restoration Ministries, a ministry for inner healing and deliverance at New Life Church. Terence also co-teaches a 10-week deliverance ministry and discipleship course together with a pastor at New Life Church.
