CLASSIIIC – an acrostic for Christian Leaders Advanced Strategic Servanthood Intensive Interactive Interdenominational Course – is an annual conference in Lagos, Nigeria, sponsored by the ministry of Dr. Tunde Bakare, one of the leading pastors in the country.  I have had the privilege to be invited to teach each year since the inception in 2006 with exception of one year when civil unrest in the nation made it unadvisable for foreigners to make public appearances in the country.

Approximately eight hundred delegates including business and governmental leaders as well as church leaders took part in the week-long meeting.  In keeping with this year’s theme – The Person, the Power, and the Purpose of the Holy Spirit – I used the occasion to release my new book – Don’t Leave Home Without It – which is based on Jesus’ directions to His disciples that they should not go out to minister without receiving the fullness of the Holy Spirit.

Every year when I return, I hear reports from the delegates of previous CLASSIIICs who say that their lives, businesses, and ministries have been profoundly impacted by the teachings, and I believe that this year will be even more impactful as the delegates learn to rely upon the Holy Spirit in their daily lives.
